Jake Portnoff

Jake is a first year medical student at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. Originally from Canada, Jake’s passion for physical activity stems from a young age, where he participated in the annual “Terry Fox” run, an event aimed at raising money and awareness for cancer research. This past May, he graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Science Honors and specialization in kinesiology, carrying a strong passion for human kinetics and exercise physiology. His academic interests extend to his athletic hobbies, where he has actively engaged in hypertrophic-based training and running for the past 6 years. Jake is excited to continue fueling his aspirations of promoting health and wellness to his fellow peers as a VP of Marketing with Medicine in Motion.
