Virtual LAX clinic
w/ Dempsey Arsenault & Michaela O’Connor
Medicine in Motion has teamed up with US professional lacrosse league midfielder and WPLL championship MVP Dempsey Arsenault and former NCAA D1 defender and current medical student Michaela O’Connor to host a virtual lacrosse clinic. This event is part of Medicine in Motion’s MOVE campaign that is supporting the ongoing movement to fight systemic racism and promote social justice through donations to charities such as NAACP Legal Defense Fund, the National Bail Out Fund and more. This clinic will be a virtual lacrosse clinic featuring stickwork, footwork, and dodging practice! The Drills will require a few cones, your stick, a ball, and minimal space. This clinic will be hosted on Zoom. The link will be sent out 24 hours before the event start to everyone who has registered.

US Women’s Professional Lacrosse League
Dempsey is from New Hampton, New Hampshire and graduated in 2019 from Boston College where she played lacrosse. She was the 2019 IWLCA National Midfielder of the Year and currently is a professional lacrosse player in the Women’s Professional Lacrosse League on team Brave. She was the 2019 WPLL MVP and is also a member of the Women’s US National Team.
Medical Student – Dartmouth University
Michaela is currently a second-year medical student at the Giesel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. She grew up playing lacrosse in New Hampshire and played defense for the Columbia University NCAA D1 team.
