Dartmouth’s BodyWeight BootCamp: In this class we will be leading workouts focused primarily on calisthenics. The exercises and intervals are modified to prioritize strength, toning and endurance. Each week’s class will have a specific muscle group focus (i.e abs, legs, upper body, etc.). The workouts will consist of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) circuits, each of which we’ll walk you through before we begin. After each class, every participant will receive a copy of the workout for future use. All fitness levels are welcome. All you’ll need is some space and some energy!
