About the Event
Get your flow (and grounding!) on in this all-levels yoga class taught by former Medicine in Motion lead, current internal medicine resident, and longtime yoga guide, Roshini! Meet us in the Great Hall of TSCHE for a restorative kickstart to you weekend. All you'll need are comfy clothes and a towel or mat (though we'll have some of the latter available for use!)
