Continue into Day 1 of the Olympiad with an ALL-LEVELS YOGA INVERSIONS WORKSHOP led by Roshini (500-hour yoga teacher) and Jane (longtime MM lead and movement queen 👑) ! We will start things off with a 30-minute hatha yoga session adaptable for all levels. Then, we’ll move into a lively, interactive 1-hour discussion on the fundamentals of inversions, strength building exercises, and flipping our perspective…dare we say…upside-down? We’ll be working through all phases of inversions so there will truly be something for everyone — we can’t wait for you to join us! And of course, if you'd rather stick to yoga you are more than welcome to stay for just the first 30 minutes!
Please bring a mat if you have one, but no worries — we’ll also have some to share!
