About the Event
Join Duke Med Run Club on the American Tobacco Trail for another weekend group run! We'll be starting from Solite Park and running ~4 miles, but feel free to run/walk further! We'll be leading a quick warm up/cool down stretching session as well. Runners and walkers of all paces and levels are welcome!
You know the drill: bring your friends/family/etc., let us know if you need a ride, meet in the parking lot, and grab some post-run snacks afterwards!
