Dance-HIIT & Restorative Yoga with Jamie, Madhura, and Roshini! (Duke School of Medicine)

Can’t decide whether you need some cardio or gentle, restorative movement? Hit one – or both! – in this fun, all-levels combination dance-HIIT and yoga class, led by your favorite med student superstars Roshini Srinivasan ( 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher), Madhura Pande (longtime choreographer and dance instructor), and Jamie Karl (dancer and former instructor with MM)! All you need is comfy clothes, weights if you so choose, and a mat or towel (though we'll have extra mats available) ✨ 💃 The dance-HIIT portion will begin at 10, followed by low-intensity, restorative yoga at 11. 🧘‍♀️ Feel free to come for just one or both!
