Training Session 3 of our Spartan Training Program features Spartan Training Option 1 from the Spartan Training Guide, led by MS1 Michael Ivey! Join us at the Great Hall on the bottom floor of TSCHE.

1 minute Bucket Carry

1 minute Bear Crawl
